Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat rate of $40 within Texas and $50 for the other 47 contiguous states.

We ship corals via UPS Overnight on Wednesdays only, to minimize risk of delays. These days are chosen because:

·        Monday and Tuesday shipments are most prone to delays.

·        Thursday shipments risk being held over the weekend and not delivered until Monday.

We will contact you via email prior to shipping to confirm details and ensure you're available to receive your order. If you need to request a different shipping day, please reach out to us before placing your order.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is on its way. We check weather conditions at the origin, destination, and the Dallas UPS hub to help avoid avoidable delays—however, Nice Guy Corals is not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in transit.
