Refund policy

All invoices will be issued through our website at niceguycorals.com. Payment is required within 24 hours of the invoice being sent.

Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in the order being canceled and the customer being restricted from participating in future sales.

All coral sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

At Nice Guy Corals LLC, we guarantee live arrival on all shipments. However, we cannot be held responsible if the customer is unavailable to receive the package at the time of delivery, or for any events beyond our control.

Shipping delays caused by the carrier are not our responsibility.

We take every measure to ensure your corals arrive healthy and alive. In the rare event that a coral is dead on arrival (DOA), the buyer must contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Clear photos and/or video of the coral are required for verification.

All of our corals are aquacultured and fully acclimated to aquarium life, making them well-suited for overnight shipping.

If a DOA claim meets the above criteria, a store credit will be issued for the value of the coral, valid for 6 months. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for shipping fees on replacement orders.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are an experienced reef keeper and understand the inherent risks of shipping live marine animals.
